A strong Undercity run has a simple shape: choose a sensible Tribute, refine it with a Bargain, raise Attunement through beacons and Afflicted Monsters, then reach the boss with time left. Your build should also match the plan. Area damage clears packs quickly, while movement skills help you reach hourglasses and objectives. After a few attempts, you will learn which routes feel safe and which fights slow you down.
